How do I do a  warranty claim  on my controller as it has stopped changing and I only brought it on March 30th

Try a powerfull phone charger!
One of mine once neither charge on pc-port or with the combo adapter,  which I use most of the time, nor on 2 powerbanks
So I tried a 2A phone charger and it woke up.
Since then, it is still charging on everything I plug it too.
Even via "upside down" otg cable from my droids!
