Howdy all,

Finally, I feel I have a video I took with the Mavic Air that I really like. Sadly it will be the last video from the MA until I get my controller back (if ever) after it would not charge any more... So no pressure, I had 2 and half batteries to get some footage. And almost unbelievably I forgto the battery in mt DSLR... In 10 + years I have never forgotten a battery, let alone spare ones...

Now let me say it is not the greatest video, but I am happy for a change... Finally Pinnacle co-operated and the stars aligned....

BTW, KOH means Island.... I have found a lot of things in Thai are back to front to what we would normally say eg. Koh (island) Larn... We would say Larn Island, or Apple Pie is said as Pie Apple... I used to think they were talking about Pineapples !

Like all good travel videos you only want to show the best... There is just bush and rubbish for the most part...  I do have some more footage riding around but trying to speed it up is causing all sorts of issues so at this stage I have given up !

Controller I think will be later than sooner... I have a fix however, I bought a Mavic Pro

It's a bit hard to get to with old knees... Where I shot the drone footage of the beach is not far from it, there were crazy people jumping off a serviceable cliff in seated hanglider type things, Crazzzzy !


Behind me were some Big Buddha statues but my footage sucked ! Next time

Well that was an easy fix

Easy yes, cheap no !

Although  I got it from a guy I do photography for, the flymore kit and it was half retail price and he had logged under 20 hrs..
