Crashed today a P4 rtk in mapping mission. At middle of mission controller audio said "mission ended, landing" and it came down from 100 m fast.
Atleast camera and gimbal was broken. I tried to map same area with P4P V2 and pix4d capture. It stopped after one line and crashed down. Weather was foggy otherwise ok. Will  return to this after I arrive home after 800 km roundtrip and see the log files.

Fog really played part in this. After looking logs I see that current draw from battery did increase from normal 10A to 20A. This means ice on propeller blades. P4 RTK did try to warn me but DJI mapping app did not let warnings to be seen! This has happened to me with Litchi and DJI GO and I have been able to save the drone because I have seen and heard the warnings. And this happened with Pix4D capture app too!

Yes fog can be the problem.

I'll apologize for the dumb question, but how did you download that flight log?

Directly off the crashed drone I would imagine?

That log is auto updated to that site directly from the DJI log off the tablet/phone

Thank you, Bashy.  Auto updated?  I'm not aware of any auto-upload by my GS-RTK application (the only one used by the P4-RTK, at least until last week's announcement).  If it does, I'm still not aware of how it does it, or how /where I can retrieve it.    Could you provide a little detail on that?  Thank you.

I used this at one point after I was locked out of my P4 RTK and it autolanded. The logs on the controller led me right to where it was!

So they both crashed?  That probably wasn't water fog.  It might have been radioactive fog or something else.
