The entry to Portsmouth Harbour is accessed from the Solent, which separates the Isle of Wight from the UK mainland.

Thanks. The structure is the Spinnaker Tower, which can be visited and houses a restaurant at the high level, affording magnificent views across the Solent and the mainland. 170m high, it was opened in 2005.
On certain days, abseiling down the outside is permitted.

You are very very close to a no fly zone here mate, your also being shadowed by the police boat
The no fly zone can change due to certain ships being in port, something no app will be able to tell you
be very careful when flying close to the dock yard.

The video was shot from my Mavic Pro Platinum, which my wife hand-held on the top deck of the Cross-Channel ferry as I controlled the camera with the RC. No props on the bird and the motors not activated.
Close to the NFZ is not IN the NFZ in any case.
I checked the NoFlyDrones website beforehand.
No harm, no foul.
