So I purchased DJI Care Plus, I used another email addy then the one I log on to this account. I created an account with the new addy and it will let me log on to the home page but when I try to go on the forum it won't let me log in. WHY?

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to clarify that the new email that you've made is the one that you're trying to use in the forum, right? Have you tried to use a different browser to see if the concern would persist? I would recommend clearing the cache and cookies of the browser to see if that would help. Please keep us posted on the latest progress.

Clearing  the cache and the cookies made no difference. As far a different browser I really don't want to install Chrome or firefox on my hard drive  because when you uninstall them they always leave files all over the hard drive.

When you clear the internet cache and cookies, did you reboot the device before retrying?

OK … so I guess it was my user name. I put an ' in it and I guess it didn't like it.

or it was because it never got the active account email so I had it resent and now it work?

Yes, It’s a quirky little forum, this one.

She can even be tempermental, at times of the month, . Grin

It usually works fully, on desk top computer, while some features are shut down, on many mobile devices.
