Hi
My new Osmo pocket seemes to have a problem with bluriness on the right side of the video.
Left side and in the middel of the video everything is sharp. But further to the right, the image/video becomes blurier!!
Anyone, please......

Here you've got a screendump of a videoclip.
Notice that the ducks and more on the right side, is rather different from the mid picture and the left side when it comes to sharpness......

And the same here! The right side is less sharper than the left side.......
Besides - it seemes to me that the gimbal is drifting to the left......
I keep it very still, but it seems like drifting......I have tried calibrating it!

There was another post, which I can't find at the moment, where a guy was doing time lapse and all of right side was blurred. I have about a week left to return my pocket.

Here you'll get three pictures/screendumps.
The pictures called rocks.jpg and books.jpg, are blurred on the right side.....
But the picture called wall.jpg, look quite right to me - on both sides (left and right) !??
I don't have this problem, neither on Spark or Mavic 2 Pro.........

It is so strange!
Yours are blurry on the left side, mine on the right side!=
Neither of us should get blurry scenes.
The strangest thing is that it do not appear always, but to often.......

Hi Holga.
I might have got a nice trick from DJI support!

1. Turn OFF your Osmo pocket
2. Take out your SD card.
3. Turn ON your Osmo pocket - without the SD card.
4. Reset your Osmo pocket.
5. Turn it off after the reset.
6. Set in your SD card.
7. Turn on your Osmo pocket, do your settings and trye to shoot something.

I'm not totally sure, but it seems to me that this steps DID help......
We'll see in a couple of days, with more shooting.......

I've chatted with someone online, and tried the trick he told me.
Maybe it worked? It seems so, but I will know in a couple of days, with more shooting.
The guy I chatted with did also send my problem to the programmers, so we'll see.....

I'll hope for the best!

"edwardyyy" here on the forum, suggested that my Osmo pocket has a trouble with lens/sensor alignment!?
It might be the problem! It seems to me that my videoclips goes from supersharp (left side), to sharp (in the middle), to blurry (the right side)...

User "Holga", here on the forum, has the same problem, but vice versa - from right to left.......

If this is correct, what can I do. Do I have to return the camera??

Whooops! Sorry, I thought you got it on the left side.....
I've only got the problem on the right side. I'm testing now, to see if the update fixes the problem. Overall it seems to me to be more sharp, so I hope my problem will go away......

It seems to me that maybe the latest firmware (ver. 01.03.00.20) did the trick. At least almost.....?
So far my videos looks sharper - even on the right side.
That's outside, walking my dog. And a minitest right outside my doorstep.....
At least it seems promising.
On saturday, I wil test again in my grandson's birthday-party. Like doing a test in an ''realworld'' environment....
I'll come back to you then.....
