I Ended the year with a Battery error. Not complaining it had a good life. 31 charges and almost 2 years old (born 2017.5)

The funny thing about getting the error is that I just received a new battery last week .
Went flying to video the first snow fall. (probably our only snow of the season)
It was beautiful. Glad I had other batteres . Just wish they were charged up before I took off (58%). Took about 4 minutes of video and brought the MP back because of the falling snow.
I am charging the new battery and hope it last at least as long as it's older brother.

UPDATE:


Decided to give it that old college try and try some of the things I read about on the Forum.
Did a firmware update on the battery. First it downloaded then did a Transmit and then the update. Took 10 minutes and now the battery doesn't give me an error.


Battery readings were not balanced   . One cell off by 0.14.
Still don't feel safe flying it. Has anyone been up in the air and got the Battery error? If so did the drone drop out of the sky or fly back home?

  31 charges only? That’s not a lot I think. My batteries have close to 100 charges and 1 has over 100 charges and all still working perfectly.
Oh well hopefully the new battery will last you longer than 31 charges!

Thanks Natalia for looking into this. .
I believe the battery is done for. After I reinstalled the battery firmware it said it was OK. But now it is back to Battery error.

Thought you might like the Details of the battery.
Batter now warmed up a little and there is no Battery error.

I decided to get a new battery to replace this bad one. The bad battery I still use with my wife's  lamp. All I needed was a battery adapter for the DJI battery. Been using it ever since.

All my original batteries are still working great even after now being used for 3 years.
