I am trying from about weeks now, nothing to do. My first account which is linked with my Mavic Air gets stuck at the email confirmation, I keep sending everyday from the activation prompt but I didn't get any mail yet, I urgently have to report some major issues about the software of the Mavic Air but without activation I cannot post in the Mavic section. I am very disappointed about DJI, if I had know that I would have to face all this problems, I would surely not buy a DJI product.
