Been a while since I've done this but I now have enough to move up from Lvl 4 and I cannot remember how to do this!!! Any help would be appreciated.

I thought it was automatic.

BTW here is how you can check the points for each level
Go to your Personal Homepage -> Reminder -> System reminder
Then there will be some reminder like "Upgrade to your user group XXX See what I can do"
Then click the "See what I can do"

Just post a lot of answers / new threads here and you will get points for every activity.
After a while you reach the next 'level' until you are a captain. (that is the last one)

Hi, glad that you've reached level 4 here in the forum. The points can be earned base on your activity here in the forum. User groups will be assigned based on points earned. You may check the images below for your reference. Please let us know if you have other concerns.

Ok, then that explains it! It's Automatic and I'm now Lvl 4.
