Hello and good day shubh. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with a black screen on DJI Phantom 3 Pro. May I know the exact model of the mobile device that you are using please? Can you please try to use a different mobile device and see if the issue will still persist? Thank you.

Thank you for the quick reply shubh. Upon checking the mobile device model ( Oppo a57 ). I am sorry to say that the Oppo a57 is not yet listed as a recommended mobile device for the DJI Phantom 3 Pro. It might not be able to make all of the functions and optimize the use of the DJI Go 4 application. For additional reference I will be posting the list of recommended mobile device for the DJI Phantom 3 Pro. Thank you.

Sorry but I believe your problem is likely due to overheating during your latest FW upgrade procedure. It's recommended to blow air onto the gimbal area with a fan during a FW upgrade of the P3P.
