Hi there,
I've just received yesterday my new RONIN S.
I connected it to the Apps after turned it on. But nothing happen.
It like the motor are OFF.
I tried to update the RONIN with DJI PRO ASSISTANT. It failed with this error message "0401 Pitch device is not connected"
In the Apps, the STATUS / CHECKLIST / The Tilt is in RED, not working.
Could you please help me. I'm afraid the RONIN is just not working ?
