Hello

We have purchased your Ronin S for our camera Sony 7 III, when we connect the camera with Ronin S with supplied Multi camera control the camera was not connecting. It was going on "USB CONNECTING" but no result. Please any one reply the Camera setup details to focus the camera and start/stop recording functions.

If is the cable that came with the Ronin it will not work. You have to buy a separate cable. Use the search tool for Multi Cable Ronin S and you'll find many information about this cable and how it works. ;)

Hi, i have exactly the same problem. So what are the 2 usb cables for ? (The Ronin to USB-C and the Ronin to micro-usb)

Hi BrunoSlam, Ronin-S is compatible with many cameras, the included cables are designed for different cameras. RSS-IR is compatible with Sony cameras but if you would like the USB shutter control, the Multi-Camera Control Cable will need to be purchase separately, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
