Hi
I am getting encoder error in Phantom 4 brand new piece and live display is not getting.is it aircraft error or remote error.
Have done everything right from updating firmware to changing SD card .but same problem.can any one know what's the problem.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try to upgrade the firmware to the latest version, and then restart the aircraft.  If the problem persists after several attempts, we're sorry but you may consider to send in back for replacement. Thanks for your understanding.
