Sometimes that gives a nice effect, but more often the end result is (in my opinion) less smooth / 'cinematic'.
I find myself liking the speed ramp only for specific effects / transitions OR when there is something 'evolving' (like a sky with clouds etc.).
But never to 'put more footage' in one minute of end result.
Just my opinion of course
