Hoy me encontraba volando en una zona de selva, se me activa la alarma de baja bateria con %20. y se activa el modo de retorno al punto fijo, previo a esto ya habia configurado retornar al punto movil, pero hace caso omiso y quiere retornar al punto fijo lo cual me representa un problema ya que estaba en selva y con mucha vegetacion. Intenete hacer una parada de motor en emergencia y no me respondio. con mucho esfuerzo se detuvo al fin el motor y vuelvo a encenderlo. logre bajar la altura y lo agarre para luego hacer parada de emergencia rotando el dron. no se si es problema de la app o del software del dron.

Hello and good day. I am sorry to know that you are having issue with the RTH of your DJI Spark. May we know if you have updated the firmware of the DJI Spark to it's latest version? You may need to press and hold the RTH button on your remote controller for you to use the said function properly.
