I was wondering if there was a place that anyone recommends for buying used drones online or a store. Also any tips for how to make sure I'm not getting ripped off would be appreciated.

One option is to purchase a refurbished drone from DJI. A benefit is that it'll come like new and have the same 1-year warranty as a brand new DJI drone.

How often do they restock? I just started browsing and I'm definitely trying to get a refurbished spark just seems like everything refurbished is out of stock. Any idea on how often they restock?

The DJI Store currently has stock available on eBay and Newegg. You can find links to those stores here:

Just like when buying direct from the DJI Store, those drones will also ship direct from the DJI Store.

Yes, DJI sells refurbished drones on Neweeg. Just be sure you buy from the Newegg store link here:
