So I fly a p3a w/goggles, is there a way to take a picture with goggles only?  When I push the pad it brings up a menu

On my goggles re there are 3 buttons on the right that I can single finger swipe up and down or select, one of them is for camera control or taking pictures or video.  This is not in the double finger swipe down menu that selects the mode you want the goggles to be in but on the regular flight screen.  Sorry if this is vague, I have only had the goggles for about 4 months and now have around 12 flights with them so I am not really clear on what the different menus are called.
