My Setup:

- Zone: Italy (EU)
- Mavic Pro Platinum with Remote controller - Latest firmware
- DJI Go 4 - iOS
- iPad Air 2 / iPhone X - iOS 12.1.2

In some cases, my DJI Go App recevice a bad quality images. Too bad that I can't fly with all the confidence. I'am attaching an example image ( taken from my iPad) to nest exaplain what's happen.

I get the error with both iPad/iPhone X, using the DJI lightining cord and the apple ones.

Could you please help me with this ?

No way to fix it decreasing the ISO. It happens with 100 ISO also.

Mhm, do you just have the bad image quality on the live screen or also on videos / pictures that you got from the SD card?

I got this issue only in Live Video, no noises registered on the SD. The output videos are in good quality.

You say in some cases this happens. Which cases - in the same place or in different places, interference around? Did You try to change wifi channels  if they are on Mavic Pro ( don't have myself)

Status Update:

Mu Mavic is still in the same conditions, but I noticed that, when transmission quality is greater than 7 Mbps, the feed looks good. Meanwhile with a lower Mbps, I get this noise on my feed.

Anyone get the same issue ?

DJI required me to send the drone to the European service. It's arrived yesterday, I'll send you any updates if interested.
