Hello everyone, I'm using GO 4 Ver 4.2.12 on Android with my Mavic Pro in Europe. Can I "cache map in background" as I cannot find any icon to do so? I need to because I am using a Huawei M3 8.4" tablet, not a phone, & when location is turned on I sometimes don't get a map of the area? All help most welcome. Thanks

1. Open the DJI Go 4 in an area where you have connection.
2. Open the map and find the area you are planning to fly in. Zoom in and out in the area.
3. The map should be cached on your tablet.

If this does not work you could share hotspot connection from your phone.

Hello and good day Moore-Grant. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with the cache map of your DJI Mavic Pro. Have you tried to use a different mobile device to check if the issue still persist?  Upon checking the list of recommended mobile device for the DJI Mavic Pro. As of the moment the Huawei M3 8.4" Tablet is not yet listed as a recommended mobile device for the DJI Mavic Pro. The Huawei M3 8.4" Tablet might not be able to make all of the functions and optimize the use of the DJI Mavic Pro and of the DJI Go 4 application. For reference I will post the list of recommended mobile device for the DJI Mavic Pro. Thank you.
