thats up to you.... is you are filming race cars go for 60 - if you record something thats not moving fast 30 is enough

if you are in the EU you should work with 25 and 50.

Thanks, I'm in Germany and I Always take 30 and 60p, in my opinion it is better.
I'm wondering About the Clip size. 30p and 60p are nearly the same although at 60p double the number of pictures

I'm in germany as well - the new TV's dont care about 25/30 or 60 - as long as your poject has all files in 30p its fine. If one file is 25 you will have problems with the export.

My understanding is the OP is limited to 100Mb/s bitrate. This is why both 4k30p and 4k60p are the same file size, the 4k60p will be more compressed. How much difference that makes in reality I don't know, but generally, unless you are likely to want to slow down the footage, then I would use 4k30p as you can effectively have double the bitrate over the 4k60p and keep more detail in the shot.

I prefer shooting 4K60p for the smoother motion and panning, but that assumes your project is 4K60p.

Max bitrate is 100Mbs anyway, so, unless you need to make some slowmo (of course only up to 50% speed reduction), go for 30..
