So I  recently returned a drone I bought because out of the box the camera would not move whatsoever and the camera image  transmission would  continuously  cut out. I’ve already  contacted  Djicare@dji.com but no answer. I would love to get a refund to get DJI Care Refresh on my new drone and someone please help me out

Hey thanks for getting back to me the email address is v_pita@yahoo.com  and the drone was  purchased at Best Buy. I send an email about 2-4 hours ago
