If you are using an SD card in your Osmo Pocket then there should be a folder labeled Timelapse in the directory which should have a stitched video in it. Find the Pocket as a drive on your PC manually and have a look for it. The folders with panoramas and Timelapse videos in them aren't normally downloaded automatically as video files and jpg / raw files are that reside in the main folder.

Do you not need to open it in the app first  so that it gets stitched together?

If you stich in the app you get a 4MP result suitable for sharing but not much else.  If you use the original files to stitch in the PC using "DJI media maker" you get a 30+MP result, much better.

Ok, for that one actually it will be automatically stitched when you view it from the App.
