Hello guys,
I have an error with my 120 fps footage.
Once they are in the computer they are showed as they were in 24fps or 30fps, but they are actually 120fps or 90fps. Although they play in slowmotion the videos properties mismatches from the original footage. Which is a pain in the ass to edit these.

I cut a 10 seconds video and attached a print screen to illustrate what I mean.

Hello Montfrooj,
Happy new year pal!!!
I transfered them by taking the SD card putting it into an adapter and than sticking it in the computer slot.
Thanks for the response,

this is a common known issue.
The "timeline" in the editing software don't know what 96 or 120 FPS is in general I would say.

I think most of the editors are from 23,967 up to 60  FPS.
So when you record them you have to "suffer".

I had a similar problem on my Iphone 8+ and Filmic pro,

When I shoot 120 or higher witch is a choice in Filmic Pro, I can set the "output" timeline ie 23,-----60 FPS already in the phone. == No conversion in the editing software. Which makes a huge impact.
How ever your test footage looks totally fine, so .....

check this out. there are tons of this on YT.

good luck

Ok, that should work.
No problem here at least.

He does watch them in the explorer. Not in a timeline.
So I don't think that is the issue.
(but I might be wrong)

Downloading the file just now.
Just to be sure.
Is that straight from the SD card?

Is that file from Google Drive straight from the SD card?
Because it misses the metadata (camera, manufacturer etc. )

Ok,

I think there is a limitation in Explorer and perhaps the editor it self, Or it can also be in the "software" that produces the meta data, exif information.

This clip is recorded in 120 FPS and target is to get it into a 24 FPS timeline, This is a setting I use in Filmic Pro on my Iphone, works like a charm there at least.

I don't understand if the problem is to EDIT or that the information is false?

For me when I play this clip it is Slowmo right of the box, even if the information says something different.

and here is the clip.

My estimation is that the file added in Google Drive by the OP are not straight from the sd card, but edited in some editor.
But I will wait for an answer before continuing
