I recently purchased an Inspire 2 w/ X5S. When reviewing the Intelligent Flight Modes, Tapfly is grayed out, with the message "not compatible with this device". I have tried with both a Crystalsky and a Samsung Note8. Does Tapfly only work with IOS devices? Thanks in advance!

Hi, we're sorry for the troubles that it caused. May we know if you're using the 5.5-inch crystal sky? If yes, this feature is not yet available when using this type of crystal sky as of the moment. However, it should work on the mobile device that you're using. Would it be possible if you could provide the firmware and app version that you're using for further help? Thank you for the support.

tapfly is greyed out. does tapfly work on iphone 7 plus using the i2? but when using a ipad, it is working fine.  can DJI confirm this?
