Just be cautious when flying in Italy, it is allowed but never ever fly near buildings or built up areas and/or people. I made sure no one was around when I flew and didn't have any problems!

Thanks for the tips. I’m specifically looking st getting a shot from sea looking st Cinque Terre. I’ve emailed and requested permission a couple of days ago but haven’t had a reply.

I didn't have any trouble but make sure to fly away from any crowds!

They never got back to me unfortunately and being honest, between the weather being a little unforgiven and lack of opportunity I didn't dare fly it. Shame really as parts of it were stunning. I did see a couple of notices warning against flying drones so think its a no no in that area.

yeah that is unlucky but it's always better not to risk in that weather and fly safe!
