Brand new Mavic pro remote not turning on, when its connecting with power i am able to run on. If i unplug the power connection its getting turned off. Batter charge shows 100% when its connecting with power port.
I am not sure what i am doing wrong here...Can someone guide me?

Hi Parthi, thanks for getting back to us. I'm afraid that the issue cannot be figured out remotely, please kindy contact the seller or the support to send the unit in. Sorry about this.
