I've tried everything I know of to calibrate the VPS. I have a "Vision System Error" on the go 4 app. I've tried using the assistant on my imac and the front sensors pass, but it never picks up the down sensors. It fails everytime. I've rolled firmware back to older version, and makes no differance. I tried calibration in the go 4 app, but I asuume it's no longer an option because I don't see it under aircraft statius or the vision system. It hasn't been in any crashes. I've calibrated compass and IMU, and still no down sensors. Is this fixable at home or do I need to send it in for repairs? I use this aircraft daily, and can't really do without. Flights are seemless, no issues, other than constant error message.

Hello and good day captainfletch. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with the VPS of your DJI Phantom 4 Pro. Can you please update the firmware of your DJI Phantom 4 Pro to the latest version. I will post the link where you can find the latest firmware of the DJI Phantom 4 Pro https://www.dji.com/phantom-4-pro/info#downloads. After doing this step please try to calibrate the VPS of your DJI Phantom 4 Pro. I will be posting and official DJI tutorial video on how o do this process. Thank you Stephen! I've updated firmware to the current one on the assistant. I then tried calibrating the VPS on the assistant and it passes the forward sensors, but fails on the down sensors. The camera view shows the right down sensor working, but the left down sensor is grey on the screen (no image).
