I have a brand new Mavic Pro and faithfully followed the video intstructions on activation. I'm sure I did something wrong because the sequence after I logged in (I have an older DJI and already had an account) didn't follow that on the video and the app on my phone led me to a navigation screen that says "Disconnected" at the top. Right now I can't seem to find the off button for the app and I can't activate my new drone. I feel like I'm lost in a cul-de-sac spinning my tires. Any suggestions welcome

Hi Crowbar, our apologies for the inconvenience. My I know if  the disconnected error showing in a grey or red bar? Kindly back up your files and the reinstall the APP and try it again. You can also try a different mobile device to isolate the issue. You may refer on our recommended devices using this link: https://www.dji.com/mavic/downloads If the issue persists, please let us know. Thanks for your support.

Hi there, thank you for the Update, with regards to that if you want to use Beginner mode make sure it's being enabled you can check it form the DJI Go 4 app under the Main controller setting.
