I thought of your efforts in all of this when the FAA published it on its website. Unfortunately, sometimes the government creates "loose legislation" in order to further assess, implement impact studies and then promulgate yet more restrictions. If this ever materializes I hope this stifling government tactic is not used but there will undoubtedly be repercussions for all due to those who always abuse the laws.
