Thank you in advance for checking out my post and any information you may have.  

I purchased a Mavic 2 Zoom the other day for an employee to use on a jobsite.  Usually I'm the one in charge of setting up everything and making sure it works.  Since he was on location far from me, he had to do it.  

He flew the drone and took pictures and video.  Went back to his computer and the only things that showed up on the MicroSD card were a GIS folder (with a DJI GIS file), empty IDX folder, and an empty THM folder.  

Where is the footage?

Could it be on the internal storage of the drone? I believe by default it goes to the drone until you change it in the settings.

Do you have it on your phone or tablet ?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the trouble, with regards to that may ask have you try to connect the Aircraft to PC/Laptop and check the internal storage of the Aircraft. Please keep us posted. Thanks!

My footage was located in the DCIM\100MEDIA subfolder on my SD card (Mavic Air) . Hope that helps
