Yes it will, you will need to download dji Pilot app .

So just received email from DJI Tech Support.    iPhone only.    So what’s the deal here?    Is anyone flying a M2DE with a iPad and tablet adapter using the Pilot app?    Moderators, what say you.   I’m confused.

I'm using the Pilot app on an iPad - it works.
The current version of Pilot app unfortunately does not use the full resolution of an iPad, that's all.

If that’s the case DJI needs to certify the Ipad series.   Vendors already make table holders for this series of Mavic.   Makes no sense to not have a tablet option for such an able little drone.   Thanks!
