Hello, I'm still fairly new to my Phantom 4 Pro V2.0, but I have a couple questions for the folks out there above me; #1: Not sure I understand what the compatibility is with the ND Filter Sets for the P4 Series. Several pictures on web sites definitely appear to imply that the filters for the P4 Pro, Pro+, and Pro V2.0 are identical, but I recently purchased a set of 3 filters on eBay, and they will not attach to my camera in any way that I can see, at least not without some kind of "ring adaptor" with a threaeded O.D. on the filter side and some type of clip mechanism to attach to the camera, as there are no threads on my camera, either I.D. of O.D. Is itr an adaptor that I need? The seller didn't know, he just said send them back, which I've done. But I lloked at a filter at Micro Center, says it is for the 'P4 Pro "Series' ", yet appears to be identical to the set I just returned. What's the deal here? Thanks!
Question #2: I've taken some killer "Sphere Pano" shots with my P4 Pro V2.0, but now need to post them to a site online where they will be viewable in all their 360 degree "pan-able" glory, as you cna see them on your tablet when still connected to the Remote Controller and the Aircraft; they don't seem to be viewable in this way even on the same Samsung tablet, once you disconnect the Aircraft and take it off the Remote Controller. I have read two excellent articles among the "How-To" articles available with links from the DJI Go4 app Guide on the DJI store site, and they DO mention what you need to do to view them in full Sphere "Pan-able" format, but I'm really not clear on how EXACTLY to do this, and which site to use. What I need to be able to do, is to establish a link to the Sphere Pano shots along with the standard photos posted on the site (Air-b-n-b.com) so that one click on the link will open the first Sphere Pano shot, where they can pan the image with their mouse, take them to the next shot, and so on, then an easy seamless return to our Airb-n-b page. The articles mentioned SkyPixel.com, which I belong to, but I noticed is also changing mission slightly, now partnered with DJI, I understand, but, will this site do what I need it to? If not, are there any alternative sites I should look at? If anyone could kindly jsut outline the "CliffNotes" version of what this process entails, that would be very helpful...I consider myself to be pretty savvy, internet and computer-wise, but I've never tried anything like this before, and would be most thankful for any and all advice re: this matter. Thanks, all, and Cheers,

With regard to the filters, I believe it is best to buy the genuine DJI filters, then you know they will fit. But I wonder if you are aware that you need to unscrew the existing UV filter that comes standard on the P4 cameras? The ND filters then screw on in place of the UV filter.

Any filter that fits the P4 pro camera will fit the P4 pro V2.0 camera because they are the same camera.
But a filter for the P4 camera won't fit since that camera is quite different.

You can upload a 360 degree shot to Skypixel (but no-one will ever see it there).
Skypixel is great if don't want anyone to see your work.

When you click on Upload you get options for Video, Stills and 360
One of the best 360 degree viewer sites is:  https://kuula.co

I went with Polar Pro filters for my P4P+  As mentioned earlier,  you do need to remove the standard UV(?) lens filter/cover.  .. .. and you need to do it carefully.  If it seems a little tight DO NOT squeeze it as you will only make matters worse.
I think it has been said that a broad rubber band around the outside may help if it is tight.  Just DON'T squeeze.

Geebax,
Thanks very much for your quick and helpful reply! And you are correct, I didn't know that there is a lens filter on the P4 Pro's camera as it comes out of the box...I was beginning to suspect that something like that was at work here, because all the information I could deduce from the many, many filter sets I saw in retail outlets and online all looked very similar. I DID take what I thought was a pretty good look at the camera, but di nto see that. Thanks again, I can already see that joining this Forum will prove to be most helpful. Thanks to all!

Thanks mucho mucho, Manxmann, especially the tip re: the rubber band around the O.D. of the filter housing...since you seem to know what you're doing I'll follow your procedure to the letter. (I'll even hold the aircraft and gimbal upside down to mimic your 'hemispheric orientation'... <smile> An Australian expedition has been on my "Bucket List" almost since I knew what a bucket was...hopefully soon I'll be able to cross that one off... ;=)
Many thanks for your detailed and quick reply,

P.S.--
...unfortunately, and embarrassingly...still the Land of Trump :=O
I think I subconsciously put all my intercontinental vacation plans on hold for the interim....it's just TOO embarrassing...
BUT---there HAVE been a few unexpected and entertaining side benefits...as a random example I offer this link:
I know that's 'off-topic', but I had to let someone Down Under know that we haven't ALL gone 'round the bend up here...if I ever have any hope of holding up my head when I resume inter-continental travel..
Cheers!

Thanks for your quick reply! Just to be clear, these web sites will host the Sphere Panos with the full, interactive qualities? Although interesting in and of themselves, the flattened "Mercator Projection" type of 2D rendering of the 34 photos doesn't quite have the "wow! Factor of the full, interactive format, especially when used in connection with Real Estate properties or an AirB-n-B type of marketing site...Thanks again...and as for the filters, I was not aware that the P4 Pro cameras came out o the box with aprotective, or UV filter already attached...and I thought I looked it over pretty carefully...shows you how observant I am, even on a good day...;=)
Thanks again, I can tell already that this will prove to be a VERY helpful Forum..

Yes, I did! Feel just a bit sheepish about not figuring that one out for myself...but oh well...Your facinating continent will undoubtedly see me eventually...it's a big one on the bucket list, and I imagine there is no end to the list of dramatic drone-flying area to explore... I'm looking forward to my first full NH summer in Colorado with my P4.
Cheers, Bill Wilkinson
PS- I'm going to change the Forum handle to a more manageable "StudioBill" soon as I go to my account page and muddle through the process...

and don't forget that we tend to change our Prime Minister at the drop of a hat so even Master Trump could get a guernsey provided he qualified under citizenship laws (ManxM knows what I mean).

Congratulation on a purchase! Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 is a great device, I am sure that it will bring you pleasure from the content that you will create.
I am not really a specialist on your first question, but as for a second, I have something in mind. Thing is - I was making 360 panoramas from simple digital camera photos even 10-12 years ago, using a Photoshop to put pictures together, creating panoramas and then watch it with the help of QuickTime VR. What a nostalgy!

Right now my best choice is Panoraven because it’s free and you don’t even need to create an account to use it.

It's very simple and takes literally a few minutes to do:

Step 1: Uploading your 360° panoramic photo here

Step 2: Copy the embed code by clicking on the code icon below the viewer.

Step 3: If you don’t have access to your code, it's ok, just paste the code in your HTML or your editor. If you don’t know how to do it, you can just type this on Google [the name of your CMS, for example - Wordpress] + [embed iframe]. The answer will be there, for sure.

Hope it will be helpful for you!
