Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the trouble, with regards to that It would be better to send it into the facility for further checking and to find out as well what they'll need to repair/replace. You may just contact one of our support channels by simply going to this link https://www.dji.com/support for them to guide on what you'll need to do or how to send it into the facility.
