Seeing that DJI recommend a Mode 3 card to work with the Osmo Pocket, why are they including a mode 1 card in the accessorie kit?

It’s strange alright but tried it and it works.

I’m just going to keep it in a draw and maybe use it for something else. My usual cards are much faster to read from, and that makes a big difference to me.

Was wondering the same thing since they stated themselves that it’s needs a class 3.

Hello and good day. Thank you for raising this concern. The DJI Osmo Pocket supports an SD Card with the specification of SDHC/SDXC UHS-1 or UHS-3 microSD. Max. 256 GB. I will be posting the link where you can check the specifications of the DJI Osmo Pocket. Thank you.

Well maybe you need to fix the Manual, especially the bit that says.

“A UHS-I Speed Grade 3 rating microSD card is required due to the fast read and write speeds necessary for high-resolution video data.
Insert the microSD card into the microSD card slot as shown”

Why a "1". Because it's cheaper!

Hi
I just purchased a 128Gb Patriot micro SDXC V30 U3 card, and I am getting this error in 4k recordings + the Osmo pocket freeze

Do you have a fix for this issue?

Thank you

It's most likely the card, not the device. You may have to stick to 1080 with that card.

Perhaps a fake model ?

All my (cheap) cards work well, even with 4K/60fps ... no problems.

I initially put a Lexar 64Gb 300x U1 into my OP and had problems with write speed, even taking a single photo was noticeably slow when saving.

The card is legit not fake, purchased from a reputable retailer. After upgrading to Samsung 128Gb & 256Gb Evo Plus U3 cards all problems disappeared.

I'd certainly recommend outlaying the extra to get a high capacity, fast, U3 rated MicroSD
