Hi, I have my osmo pocket on dec 22 and used it when we went on vacation this January and everything went well. But tonight, when I tried to use it the display show the language, so I chose English and it says “unauthorized device with no serial number “...I hooked up my iPhone 6plus and it connected to the pocket but when I press the button to take video or photo, it won’t let me...what’s wrong with my pocket and what should I do to fix it. I know I registered it coz I was able to use it already...pls help.
