Everything else upgraded to the latest firmware just fine.

I have tried multiple devices... Iphone, ipad. I've tried restalling the app and all sorts of things. It seems to get stuck at 60% and then fail. Anyone figure out a solution for this?

Sorry that's happening but they got great tech support around here plus some these guys give great advice . good luck man
