Hi,

I am unable to upload the firmware onto my OSMO Pocket. I keep getting an error code 0x0001FFFD.

SD has got 14Gb of space and was formatted on the OSMO pocket itself.

I have deleted the Mimo app and restarted the pocket several times to reset it.

I have even removed and replaced the smartphone adapter.

Any help?

Hi Jason, sorry for the troubles on updating the firmware, any chance to try another high-speed SD card? Then update for three times, if the issue persists, it is recommended to send in the device for further evaluation.
