Hi,

I need some help, can anyone had similar issue with camera?
As you can see on a picture there is black bar on the left side and some wierd red artefacts.
I was doing some hyperlapse and this  problem only occures on DNG files from hyperlapse, in picture mode everything is fine.
Is this a hardware or software issue?

Hi Nargal, sorry for all the trouble. May I know what happen prior to the issue? Have you tried resetting the camera? What SD card you are using? Thanks for your support.

Hi, I've just reset camera setting and the problem still exist, I've notice that DNG picture resolution from hyperlapse  is 5568x3648 and simple photo is  5472x3648. Card is SanDisk Extreme PLUS 32GB U3, any advice?
