Anche io ho lo stesso problema, ho più volte disistallato e reistallato DJI assistent 2, non da nessun errore, va in loop

Sorry to hear that. Did you receive an error message? If yes, kindly provide a screenshot for further check. Kindly try to use a different pc or cable so that we can isolate the issue. You can turn off the firewall and antivirus software and then try it again. Please reinstall and download DJI assistant 2 using this link: https://www.dji.com/mavic/downloads .
