Hi guys,
I would like to exchange my forum points to DJI credits. However, it always gives me an error saying "exchanged failed, please refresh the page and try again". I tried to refresh several times and tried to use a different browser and even another computer; it gives me the same error.

Here is a screenshot.

Does anyone have the same issue as mine?

Hi there, just to verify, does the exchange work if you entered 1800 or 3600? If yes, please let us know, we'll check with the technicians.

It gives me the same error when I enter 1800 and 3600.

No , Susan . I don't have enuff points to worry bout . I searched point wanting to know what they was used for n ran a crossed this post . it looked unresolved n Ive noticed you guys are great about helping , sooo I asked ...

Thats weird, haven't exchange the points for this month, but if I have any issue I will post it here as well

21420 points, have been saving those points for about 5 months
It took a long time to gain that much points

I think you should exchange it once you have 5400 points because you can only submit it once per month and 5400 points max. Just my opinion.

Nah, it is really hard to get 5400 points in one month, I only got it once. (Have been in the forum for about 7 months)
I usually exchange all the points that I have earn at the end of the month.

Yup, thats cool! We get some reward for commenting and contributing to the forum

It would take 23k point to get a 129 dollar drone, should take me a couple of years to get it,lol
