Hello,

After balancing the S9 perfectly with the Osmo Mobile 2 and after turning it on I will see the back of the osmo 2 mobile
when I pan from left to right.

I can ofcourse put the adjustable arm that holds the mobile all the way to the left but then the motor of the Osmo
will ofcourse work much harder to keep it balanced.

Is this what other s9 users also encounter?

Hi, thanks for your inquiry. May we have the screenshot of this scenario for a further check? You may need to move your mobile device a little bit to get rid of this situation then re-balance your mobile device again. Please keep us posted on the latest progress.

I have an S9+ and yes, the gimbal is picked up by the camera once you get the phone balanced. The way to fix this is to slide the camera to the left until the gimbal is out of the way, then use counter weights to balance the phone. Sucks, but that is how its done. If you are going to use any kind of lens system, ( Moment lenses for example ) you have no choice but to get counterweights.
