One question... do you first CC than CG or going straight to CG? I usually, for some reason, get better results if I first white balance, than CC than CG... but lately a bit lazy to go through entire process so going to CG straight but can't really pull the results of the "full" workflow.

There have been many times when I’d reviewed footage just after a shoot and thought, “man, this stuff is totally lackluster,” but after a little massage in the editor... “bingo!” Something beautiful results.
Just a little critic: it's easier for the viewer to see the difference if you don't feather the wipe between examples. It looks to me as if you were testing out different types of transitions and that's ok but I would recommend using the simple horizontal wipe without feather ;)
