I belive that I have uncovered a bug in the controller, it appears to only be an issue when using an SD card to increase the internal system memory.

The message only comes up when using an SD card in this way. The card used in a SanDisk Extreme U3 Class 10, so should be fine, I have tried other U3 cards always ramdomly generates the message 'System Update has Stopped', re-formatting the card for 'personal use' resolves the issue.

One for DJI's RD team I think.
