Hello DJI,

Can you please contact FedEx, because my package with Smart Controller delayed at US facility.
They need some info from DJI, see detailed info in the tracking. My order number is 0018218990767.
Please help! Appears to be there's a lot of people effected by that.

This is more than likely due to the furlough. It's not DJI's fault.  It's our @#*%& Govt's fault!

Looks like it's not. Tracking shows that FedEx needs MID code and dimensions for Commercial invoice.

Actually, it is Govt related.  Digging deeper, here is the definition of MID (It is tied to US Customs/Govt):

A unique identifying reference number allocated to each manufacturer that imports goods into the United States. Unlike other numbering systems for manufacturers which may be more widely used, this system is employed by U.S. Customs in its electronic data processing.

I know (I see the same thing on my tracking #)!  The Shipper can't provide the MID due to the furlough, ROFL (Customs worker(s) are home.  I am hoping they have a skeleton crew!!)..  We (and DJI) can't do anything about it.  I just hope they process it in a few days so we can receive it next week sometime.

I am keeping everything crossed as well that it clears customs very soon.  I had plans to play with it on Saturday and Sunday. The wind finally died down, and it's sunny!  Perfect flying weather.
