I was flying near Smith and Bybee Lakes in Portland when a couple of locomotives came by.

I saw the power lines coming and was feeling pretty sure I was going to clear them but I have come to learn that things in the camera are closer than they appear. Plus, over the years of RC planes I have proven that I can hit small obstacles with small planes with surprising accuracy, in spite of my best efforts. I am becoming more cautious as I gain experience.

Which aircraft did this come from, because this is some very nice footage, and its good to see another local pilot!

It is a Mavic Pro. I just got it for Christmas and have 3.5 hours flying time so far. Still feel like I'm just beginning to figure out what it can do. Also working on video editing.
