I keep losing signal from my drone to controller. I was told to download DJI assist and download firmware to my drone. DJI assist will not link to my drone where I can download firmware and DJI support has been no help. Any suggestions?

Hi normy1955, may I know which drone do you use? It is recommended to download the corresponding DJI Assistant 2 from here: https://www.dji.com/ You may also change another working cable to verify.
