This is far more mainstream style than the first one. This kind of stuff is expected when you shoot and create commercially. Still appealing and flashy, but to the right measure. I would describe this as more mature/experienced/refined editing style. Thing is that, it all depends on targeted audience... You can't target "high art" purists with the kitsch as they go ballistic very fast in their snobbish fashion... You also risk very loooong and boring lesson about the history of art starting from the cave drawings all the way to the recent web design trends with special emphasis on how Renaissance "degraded" into the Baroque if you are lucky or even Rococo if you are less fortunate. Believe me, I know what I am talking about as I like kitsch and also have some art historians in the family.
So all in all, this style is a safe bet with widest audience possible. However, if I would feel adventurous and want to draw some extra attention I would still go with a kitsch.
I'm agree with you that this last edit is more comercial and not for everybody but risk very loooong and boring lesson about the history of art ? , no thanks!
I will try to continue enjoying while fly and edit, I think that's the important part
Thanks again for your comment!! I really apreciate them!! |
