I have a new Mavic 2 Zoom and a IPAD Mini 4.  I am getting this problem and I am connected to the USB connection on the controller.  It will not connect and the camera view shows N/A in all the fields.  If I unplug it the go 4 app will say Disconnected.  If I plug back in then it says Aircraft Disconnected.  Both cases I still have all the N/As.  I have flown once with a Samsung phone but would like to use the mini 4.  I downloaded the firmware.  I installed the Go 4 app, deleted and reinstalled it and it still does not work.  Does anyone know how to fix it?
