Thank you for your kind words. This shot was actually taken with an ND 16 filter with it set too 1/30 at 200 iso (I had been recording video and the sunset was a last minute decision before the last battery of the day died). Because of the ND filter the photo came looking darker than it actually was.  I used quite a bit of saturation in post (around +40 in Photoshop).
