I am unable to format my SD card on the Z30.  When DJI tech told me the cards have to be class 10 so I bought some class 10 cards.  Still can't format card it says the camera is busy. Everything else appears to work.

Any thoughts?

what are you trying to achieve - you need it formatted for the firware upgrade? it it storing data correctly? and you got the UHS-1/Class 10 capacity, right?
i see in the z30 user manual that it supports FAT32 (<32 GB) and exFAT for >32 GB.
try formatting on a PC and see how it goes, if you cannot format from the dji app.
